New Clients: The Jump Start

3 60-Minute sessions for $99
This is great for those who are new to training to become introduced to one-one-one exercise and Ashley’s training style.

Ashley encourages each new client to be evaluated in a 3 session “JumpStart” series. This allows her to be able to fully learn and conduct all medical and physical assessments including body composition, nutrition, strength, stretch and muscle balance. DreamBody Productions is currently on a brief waiting list with minimal availability, please connect with Ashley directly to speak with her about scheduling your first three 60-Minute session appointments.

1st Session

After the initial “Jump Start” sessions are completed a customized plan will be created for each person. All workout recommendations, specific training styles and modifications will be used to create your new goals and fitness routine.  All individual sessions are offered in a non-intimidating and friendly environment.

Partner Training Sessions

60 minute sessions, 2-4 people

Corporate Lunch and Learns

Each wellness “Lunch and Learn” is designed to answer many fitness-related questions. Focus generally surrounds: Nutrition. Body Composition. Energy. Pre and Post Workout Nutrition. Scale Weight. Processed foods. Specific topics can be researched and added for a particular occasion.

Fitness Testing – track results!

During initial “Jump Start”  fitness testing will be administered. This is not a graded test but simply numbers used for progress comparison. All clients will go through this process. Non-clients may come in for testing appointments. Gym members unsure of their progress are great candidates for 2-12 week re- tests. Includes Body Composition Analysis, circumference measurements, comparison analysis, physical and nutrition evaluation.

Fitness and Wellness Coaching

30 minute phone or in person consults. This is for the skeptic that is unsure of a new exercise routine. This is separate from the initial consult done for new clients. Individuals needing coaching will be met with in person or by phone, and we discuss topics such as time constraints, skepticism of a new workout routine or any other issues. DBP will work to address each fitness related concern and help the individual find a way to work though them.
