This is for the newbie that is unsure of a new exercise routine before the purchase of the Jump Start. Individuals can discuss topics such as time constraints, skepticism of a new workout routine, etc. Ashley will work to address each fitness related concern and help the individual find a the right program and package. Note that the consult does NOT offer to any advice, guidance, evaluation or analysis of your current fitness programming or fitness level - All fitness evaluations are completed within the Jump Start Onboarding process. Book today! 

ACCOUNTABILITY and RESULT CONSULTATION COACHING

 

Non-Clients may book in-studio testing appointments. Individuals unsure of their progress are great candidates for assessments and baseline re-tests. Includes Body Composition Analysis, circumference measurements, comparison analysis and nutrition evaluation. Macronutrient education, nutrition guidance and physical evaluations also available. Accountability Coaching keeps you on your program by holding you responsible and tracking progress. Phone, online or in-studio.
