Green Lemonade.

Simple + Quick to Blend.


Ingredients.

+ 12 apples

+ 3 lemons

+ 2 handfuls of kale

+ 2 celery sticks

+ 2 inches of ginger

+ 2-3 carrots


Instructions.


1. Combine all ingredients in a blender and blend away!

Ingredients.

+ half cup of bananas

+ half cup of peaches

+ half cup of mango

+ couple of strawberries

+ 1 cup of choice of dairy/non-dairy

Ingredients.

+ 1/2 cup of coconut water

+ 1 banana

+ 1 large cucumber, sliced

+ 1 inch piece of ginger, peeled and sliced

+ handful of ice

Peanut Butter + Banana Smoothie.

Simple + Pretty to Blend.


Ingredients.

+ 1/2 cup of water (or choice of non-dairy)

+ 1 frozen/fresh banana, sliced

+ 2 tbsp of peanut butter or almond butter

+ 1 tbsp of ground flax seeds

+ 1/2 tsp of vanilla

+ ice, if need to thicken


Instructions.

1. Combine all ingredients in a blender and blend away! If need to thicken it more, put more ice in.
