You can control more than you think.
It is the start of a new year! Thank goodness.
We hear it all the time, "new year, new goals, new me" - but...
The reality is that this year is a little different.
All those "new this new that" sayings might seem, well … not so new and downright annoying this point.
We are almost 2 weeks into 2021 - You may find it more challenging than usual to find your "new" post-holiday routine. I am seeing this more and more and think it is incredibly common for people to feel a bit more "stuck" than usual under our current environment.
What do we do?
Talk through limiting factors, time constraints and other things seemingly out of our control that may weigh down our mind, time and overall motivation.
I have had to reset myself. It was tough in the beginning but, now that I am seeing changes and feeling stronger my own perspective has shifted as a result. I am feeling more ready, confident and motivated to take on life and all the things I DO have control over. The key is taking the steps to re-start and remain consistent. Take control back over the things you can. You will NOT regret taking care of yourself. We take good care of ourselves, we can take better care of our life as a whole.
Reset. Control. Commit.
Here are a few things you can use to RESET that you CAN CONTROL:
Outside Walks or any type of cardio
Drink less alcohol or liquid calories.
Prep all meals and snacks + watch what you allow into your pantry
Track your caloric intake and submit it to me
Drink less alcohol and liquid calories.
Schedule prep and blocking out time for your workouts
Daily Meditation, reading, time off devices, etc... whatever "you time" may look like.
Talk with me about resetting any specifics in your program + commit to it.
Start where you are. Take care of yourself. Set your future up for success.
I am always here. I will do anything I can to help -
