It’s game time!
I’m so excited to introduce you to DreamBody’s 13th Anniversary Fall Fitness Football Challenge — a 12-week season designed to build strength, discipline, and confidence while having fun competing together. 🏈
Here’s how it works:
Preseason + onboarding (September): You’ll be receiving updated forms and any "housekeeping", so everything is clean and ready to go. Think of this as our “training camp” time — setting goals, learning the rules, and getting your playbook and "on the field."
The Season (Sept 9 – Dec 1): 12 weeks total, split into 4 quarters (3 weeks each). You’ll move your flag across the field board by completing workouts, check-ins, and weekly challenges. Earn extra yards for referrals, reviews, and consistency. Penalties will move you back — so accountability is key.
Check-Ins: For Quarter One, we’ll keep things simple. In-studio clients can text/email me their check-ins or update the board in person. Online check-ins through the DreamBody app will be available too — and if you use the app, you’ll get bonus yards.
Orange and Blue Teams: Teams will be able to convert points to one another and overall points will be tallied per quarter.

Quarter 1 (Sept 9 – 29): Building Foundations:
Quarter 2 (Sept 30 – Oct 20): Building Consistency
Quarter 3 (Oct 21 – Nov 10): Reaching Long-Term Goals (slow + steady)
Quarter 4 (Nov 11 – Dec 1): Living the Lifestyle (sustainability + Holiday Survival Kits)
Weekly topics and challenges will be announced as we go, so I can tailor them as we go and keep things fresh.
Scoring & Prizes
Earn 10+ yards per session
Big wins (referrals, google reviews, bringing friends) = Touchdowns
Yardage: 10 yards for studio sessions, getting stickers for beating previous numbers, etc
Penalties: 10 yards for being late, missing scheduled sessions, delay of game, etc
Touchdowns: You will receive one point per TD, tallied up on stat board each week, for quarter and seasonal wins.
Quarterly MVPs will win DreamBody swag, partner perks and bragging rights
Season MVP will be crowned at the Championship in December with a BIG prize

A custom program includes the entire DreamBody Method — muscle, cardio, nutrition, mindset, and flexibility — plus support and tracking you can follow on your own outside of the studio.
This is offered as an add-on for an extra charge (not automatically included for established clients).
